At this point, I think everyone is more addicted to their mobiles, laptops, TV’s, video games and so many electronic devices that surround us. Yes, this may be the only way we might keep up with the world and keep in touch with our friends and family but the side effects? Ever think about that? No, we don’t actually think about it because we are stuck in our house, forced to use these devices that we forget even though we have them to connect us, we need to find more creative mediums that help connect us with ourselves. Yes, at the end of the day it is a struggle but is it worth it? Yes, definitely. I mean what is better than to just to keep everything aside, sit with a cup of coffee, put on some light music and just relax. Breathe in all the living beings that surround us and to let all of our stress and tension just fall away.

We don’t think much about it, do we? Because we are sticking with the fact that we are stuck in our house. How many excuses are we going to make till we finally realize that this time that is given, we can use it wisely and reconnect with ourselves and do stuff that we always wanted to do and to get in touch with our creative side. Yes, the entire way of how we live is changed but the overuse of phones and making up excuses as to how we have to keep up with the world news is not going to make anything better. Let’s shut this overload of news, information, videos and all of these things aside and just a moment of breath, silence and peace.
