When the Corona virus started spreading like a wildfire, there were so many instructions that were issued. People were scared, creating havoc and chaos and probably so many assumptions and myths that we probably don’t know which and how many are still prevalent out there. At the end of the day, there were few things that remained much more prominent and those were to sit in your house, have hot water,  try and maintain your immunity system and practice social distancing.

Well all of them had its importance but the main one that I think people need to understand is to boost and up your immunity because it is the only way of battling the virus. There are a few things that I think that will help in improving your immunity so as to battle the virus. The first thing you need to keep in kind is to keep a routine regimen of daily exercises and mediation. You can have calm and relaxing exercises like Yoga Asanas and Pranayama for 30 minutes followed with a little time of meditation so as to clear your head and also to help create a better environment for your system.

Secondly, it is to use turmeric, coriander, cumin and garlic in cooking because these spices have properties that will improve your immunity system and give the boos that it needs. And lastly, it is very important to each and every one of us to have and consume hot water everyday so as to clear your body from the toxins and also the additional benefit that gives to the immunity system. Yes, sometimes we are too lazy to follow a regime but following something that will improve your life and health seems like the best thing to practice.
